A multi-site access control system
- The problem
- Each site had its own doors, its own keys and its own list of who held them. When a person left, nobody could say with certainty which doors they could still open. Cameras existed at some sites, with no way to check whether they were recording.

- What changed
- Access for a leaver is removed once, centrally, on the day they leave. A recorder that stops raises an alert the same day. Management sees every site from one screen.
