What we build and deploy

We do not publish client names. What follows is the kind of work we do, described by sector and scale: the problem, what was built, and what changed.

Network infrastructure

Switching, routing, firewall, VLAN segmentation, site-to-site VPN and dual-WAN failover, documented so that the next engineer can read it.

Server deployment

Physical and virtual servers on Proxmox, VMware and Hyper-V, with capacity planning, backup and tested restores.

CCTV and access control

IP camera systems with verified retention, card and biometric door access, managed across several sites from one place.

Multi-site business · Several sites, one central management point

A multi-site access control system

The problem
Each site had its own doors, its own keys and its own list of who held them. When a person left, nobody could say with certainty which doors they could still open. Cameras existed at some sites, with no way to check whether they were recording.
What was built
  • Card-based door access at every site, managed centrally
  • One list of people and permissions, applied to all sites
  • IP cameras and recorders with retention verified after installation
  • Site-to-site network so that the central management reaches every door
  • Door controllers and recorders under continuous monitoring
What changed
Access for a leaver is removed once, centrally, on the day they leave. A recorder that stops raises an alert the same day. Management sees every site from one screen.

Custom software

Platforms and integrations built when the right tool does not exist, hosted and monitored by the same team that built them.

Municipal services · One municipality, a fleet of collection vehicles and their routes

A municipal waste management platform

The problem
Collection routes, vehicle status and citizen reports were tracked in separate places: paper, phone calls and a spreadsheet. Management had no single view of what had been collected and what had been missed, and reporting to the council was assembled by hand.
What was built
  • A web platform for planning collection routes and recording each completed route
  • Vehicle and container status in one screen, updated from the field
  • Citizen reports received and assigned to routes
  • Automated daily and monthly reports for management and the council
  • Hosted, backed up and monitored by us, with a support contract
What changed
Missed collections are visible the same day instead of being discovered from complaints. The monthly report is produced automatically. The platform has an owner: the team that built it monitors it and answers for it.

Monitoring systems

Continuous monitoring of networks, servers, devices and sensors, with alerts the moment something changes and reports that write themselves.
