3IT.solutions exists because the equipment, the software and the support are one system, and someone has to be responsible for the whole of it.
Where we come from
Eight years of infrastructure and IT management: networks, servers, cameras and the software that runs on top of them. That experience was built across education, in software companies, and in public-sector infrastructure, where a system that goes down is noticed by hundreds of people at once.
The software side of the business comes from years of building platforms and integrations, and from the habit of writing things down.
Why one company for three layers
The network is installed, the server is installed, the software is installed. Then the internet line drops at nine in the morning, and the question is not what failed but who is responsible for it.
We built the company so that the answer is always the same: we are. We supply the equipment, we build and configure the software, we monitor both, and the contract makes us responsible for all of it.
That is why the third word in our name is not "support" but "responsibility". Support is what we do. Responsibility is what you get.
How we work
We start by looking at what you have and writing it down. Most businesses have never seen a diagram of their own network.
We propose what is needed, in plain terms: what it costs, what risk it removes, what it means for your staff. Then we install it, configure it, document it and put it under monitoring.
The monitoring is continuous. Our team is not; we respond within the hours agreed in your contract, and we say so in writing.
Two countries
We operate in Kosovo and Albania from our office in Fushë Kosovë. Businesses on both sides of the border have the same problems and get the same team, on site.
