Who is responsible

3IT.solutions, with its office at Rr. Tahir Zemaj, Fushë Kosovë, Kosovo, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address, your message, and, if you choose to give them, your company name, phone number and country. We use this data for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal.

When the form is submitted we also process your IP address and the time of submission, for a short period, to limit abuse of the form. This data is not linked to your message once the message has been delivered.

Legal basis

We process the data you send us on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form, and because it is necessary in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Abuse limiting is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the form working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives the data

Your message is delivered to our mailbox by Resend, an email delivery service, acting as our processor. The website is served by Cloudflare. Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to handle them and, if they lead to work, for the duration of that relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. The IP address used for abuse limiting is kept for no longer than 24 hours.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. If we add visitor statistics in the future, we will use a self-hosted, cookie-free tool that does not identify individual visitors, and we will update this notice.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Kosovo, the Information and Privacy Agency (aip.rks-gov.net); in Albania, the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (idp.al).

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
